The Ankara Bar Review (ABR) is one of the premier publications of the Ankara Bar Association. It will hopefully grow into being a must-read for lawyers, who value being well informed on important matters of legal interest.
The ABR is governed by a volunteer Board of Editors dedicated to publishing outstanding articles that reflect their authors' independent thought, and not necessarily the views of the Board or the Ankara Bar Association (Ankara Bar Ass'n) . A Board of Advisors, Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor and Assistant Managing Editor, Technical Assistant will complete the managerial composition.
Our authors would be attorneys, counsellors, judges, prosecutors, academicians and others interested in the development of the law.
The goal of ABR is to provoke serious thought about how justice may be reached through advocacy. We firmly believe that confronting issues from all sides rather than avoiding them is the surest route to that goal.
